Reports
Technical reports you can verify.
Every BITA report comes from the record made in the field, with its findings, its photos and its signatures. It is archived exactly as issued and carries a QR code so anyone can check that it is authentic.
How a report is made
From the record to the report, without retyping.
- Recorded in the fieldThe technician records the job on a tablet or phone: findings with their severity, measurements, photos and the exact place on the asset.
- SignedDepending on the service, the technician, pilot or operator and the client's supervisor sign on the same screen.
- IssuedBITA builds the PDF with your brand, its number and its verification code. Nobody copies it into another document.
- Delivered and archivedIt reaches your client by email or in their portal, and the PDF is kept exactly as issued.
What makes it trustworthy
A report that stands up to an audit.
- Unique numberA number that never repeats in your company, printed on the document.
- Evidence in its placeEvery photo stays attached to the finding it supports, with the pen, equipment or line where it was taken.
- Archived when issuedA delivered work-order report is frozen: it can't be changed or deleted.
- Corrections with a reasonIn records that can be corrected after issue, such as ROV and net-cleaning records, the correction is a new version with the same number, and the previous one stays in the archive.
- Verification codeA QR code and a written code that anyone can check at bita.cl/en/verify.

Verification
Your client checks it in seconds.
Scanning the QR code opens BITA's verification page. It shows who issued the document, when, and its status today: valid or voided.
If a document was voided, the verification says so with its reason, and the PDF it delivers carries the void stamp: a clean copy of a voided document doesn't circulate.
Questions
What people ask about the reports.
Can I put my logo on the reports?
Yes. The report carries your company's logo and details, set up once.
How does my client receive the report?
By email, with the PDF attached and the link to verify it, or in the portal where they see the reports from their service providers.
What if a report had a mistake?
It depends on the document. A delivered work-order report is frozen. Records that can be corrected after issue, such as ROV and net-cleaning records, are reopened with a reason and issued as a new version with the same number; the previous one stays archived.
Do you need an account to verify a report?
No. Verification is public: just scan the QR code or type the code at bita.cl/en/verify.
